Our original wine tasting group proved very popular with members and is currently full. This group meets monthly, generally on the evening of the fourth Thursday of the month, in member's homes. The usual format is that wines are chosen by the hosts who will then provide details of the wines, grapes used, cost etc after a blind tasting. These will be generally discussed within the group with comments / critiques of each wine. In this way members are introduced to some different wines outside their normal range.

The cost will generally be £5 per member per meeting to cover both wine and some food.

Occasionally other activities events are organised, often with the other wine tasting groups, such as a commercial tasting event, a vineyard visit or group meals.
