London Visits 1………..currently we are FULL.

Our visits take place on the 4th Wednesday of every month.  

We are an active group and set out to visit locations in London once a month. We try to find locations that are “free” so, members have led the group on tours of great interest and we have also used the services of a Blue Badge Guide. However, members can decide to organise a visit to an exhibition or a place of interest that may incur a cost.

We travel by train and then, either walk or use London Transport ( buses and underground) to reach our destination.

Last year, for example, we toured Hampstead and the Embankment, visited Somerset House, the Docklands Museum, Horse Guards’ Museum, Leighton House and Covent Garden.

We are a friendly group who enjoy the company of others and their enthusiasm to visit unusual places of interest.
