Following the success of Wine Appreciation 1, Wine Appreciation 2 was started. This group has also proved very popular with members and is similarly full.

During Covid we are meeting every Wednesday night via Zoom to share a glass of wine and local news about good places for food and drink delivery. 

The group meets monthly, generally the 3rd Wednesday of each month, in member's homes. The usual format is that wines are chosen by the hosts who will then provide details of the wines, grapes used, cost etc after a blind tasting. These will be generally discussed within the group with comments / critiques of each wine. In this way members are introduced to some different wines outside their normal range.

Occasionally other activities events are organised such as a commercial wine tasting event, a vineyard visit or group meals.
